Official authorized Chinese(Simplified Chinese) bit map font

In Chinese (the People's Republic of China), Chinese new character code standard GB18030 was established from January 1, 2001 by the Chinese government. Chinese font on an information processing product to sell in a China market, it is obligeged to correspond to this standard.
The rule has been held about Chinese font, you can not use other than the bitmap Font which is authorized by Chinese government. A revision advice is performed to a product equipped with the bit-map Font that is not authorized. When you ignore this revision advice, it will be prohibited to sell in China.
Many cliants use our official authorized Chinese bit-map font on PDA, printer, PC peripheral device, various industrial use machinery.

Purchase flow of a font

Outline of a purchase flow

After asking from your company, details, such as a language, size, typeface, shipment style, etc. of your hope, are arranged.

(1) Arrangement
Our company intercedes and arranges about the check of the contents of specification, and the contract.
(2) Order form of Chinese fonts
The documents required for a contract are as follows.
  • Contract (four copies of Chinese, four copies of English)   :
    The contract concluded by your company and NITS(an Chinese government relative department).
  • Tax convention notification   :
    Required at the time of withholding tax payment.
Items required for preparation of the requested papers are described to order form.
(3) Steps of a contract
We prepare the papers needed for the contract from order form, and execute agency of steps by proxy.
(4)Conclusion of a contract
After the orderer side signs the published contract, the China side signs (The contract becomes effective at this time). With the copy of the contract, the tax convention notification in which Manager of NITS has been signed is returned.
(5) Shipment

Delivery time : about three weeks after ordering

(6) Collating
If there is no issue in the delivered font data as a result of your company's collating, it will be the completion of delivery of products.
(7) Payment
Please transfer the specified amount of money to a designated bank account in US$ after delivery of products.
(8) License letter of authority
The license letter of authority of the font which your company purchased is published from NITS, and is mailed later.
(9) Withholding tax payment
These steps change with countries.
In Japan, when importing copyright from an overseas resident based on Article 212 of Income Tax Law, withholding tax is imposed. Such a legal system changes with countries.
